Frank has spent his 10+ years as a solo artist chasing the ultimate live acoustic guitar tone, and he believes he’s finally nailed it. This wasn’t easy, as he plays with a loud rock band, and he prefers to use his acoustic guitar pickup without a microphone when playing live. His main tone consists of the Gibson Hummingbird acoustic guitar along with a Fishman Aura Acoustic D.I box. He uses in-ear monitoring and therefore has no amps on stage.
